"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

There are no doubt improvements on the whole, Stan. Though I so know how it usually worsens when in the wave. Plus this stubborn ear problems. But it is very good that you walk outdoor. How many hours are you able to sleep now in the night?
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

The 3rd year was still very tough for me. So many of our symptoms seem to be due to the inability of the body to regulate itself. Our bodies are continually overreacting to everything. Even though I am still having some unusual reactions my physiology is more stable than it used to be. Time, patience, self-love, and healthy living will make a difference. Hang tough, Stan. Thinking of you.

The third and fourth were very bad for me, then some improvement in the 5th, up and down since then. Still rough but lots of progress. I read about one guy who snapped out of it almost completely at 5 years. Good stuff can happen.
