    need support

    its the time of the month when i usually start to feel bad and its happening, my anxiety is raised i feel like crying and i feel like im starting to loose control. please give me some reassurance it feels so horrible.
    Put on citalopram July 2009 during a physical illness - didnt need it. 40mg
    went down to 20mg July 2010 CT in Jan 2012 - 2.5 years on.
    Tried to restart July 2012 due to 1 panic attack (never had one before - start of CT W/D) - adverse reaction
    Down to 1.5mg from the failed RI
    Now at 0.48 and trying to stabalize - been 6 weeks
    now have SEVERE anxiety, akathsia, feel like Im on acid 24/7 depression, D/P, signed off work. Scared of everything..please God let me heal from this

    one says, knowing what will happen is 50% less hurting; for the last 50%, i have no solution; all these things pass, they never stay days and days on the same level,
    12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg
    62 years old - for GAD - 4 years 3 months meds free [since april 2009]

    vegetables soup - orange (vit C) - curcuma - some meat or fish

    Go look what I wrote on your other thread, Iggy. It's just PMS exacerbating w/d. I cried a lot, felt miserable. But there is nothing to fear. It is not dangerous. It will pass. Be kind to yourself. Talk kindly to yourself, as you would to your child.

    Actually, I highly recommend crying. Don't resist it. It literally causes a relaxation response and a physical reset.

    Severe anxiety since childhood .SSRIs for OCD.
    Major traumatism in my life:Prozac during short periods.
    Deroxat (=Paxil) during 7 years.
    Three unsuccessful atempts to quit.
    Deroxat free since may 2008 (Cold turkey )

    I am now 52 months off Paxil(Cold turkey) and I am not 100°/° recovered.My main problem is neurological: I have ataxia and I cannot walk easily.But most of the psychologiacal symptomes have gone away.
