    Nausea

This is one of my worst symtoms.

Often in mornings, I dread to eat.

But have to, as after I eat I feel at least little bit better.

But nausea feels like a stopper, and ambivalent one.

So try to eat little and little bit until done.

Also have a stuck feeling in throat.
    I think stomach is confused.

I feel like it is withdrawal. Maybe lyme too.

But Lyme nausea was more worse, much worse in fact.

I had this before I started real treatment (enzymes added in the mix to break up biofilms)
I had eye headaches and swelling (as it can cause nausea) but was also in the whole body too.

After 1-2 weeks, it seemed to improve so I could function. Before, it was getting worse and worse "beyond belief".

But now this is a bit different.

Some advice? Acceptance? Tips and advice?

Effexor w/d is notoriously hard on the digestive system. Have you tried eating different things? Have you considered trying a gluten free diet? One Effexor w/d'er had some success with doing that for awhile, until it became unnecessary.

I think it's a good idea to eat small amounts with rests in between. I had to do that with breakfast early in w/d. I ate my breakfast in two stages. If I ate too much at once, I would get stultifyingly depressed!

But, it is very important to get nutrition, so do keep eating, even though it's not much fun.

Some find adding ginger to their meals effective. Could be worth trying. Welcome to IAWP, Mixter!
